Employee Share Plan
UGL engages in an annual Share Plan that all employees who have worked at UGL for six months or longer have access too. The Company gives two options for participation to be flexible to each employee's preference.
Both options are based on the premise that UGL will match up to AU$2000 worth of shares purchased by the employee from their pre-tax salary over the course of a year.
By being part of UGL's Share Plan, not only gives UGL employees the opportunity to take ownership in a top 100 ASX listed company, it rewards them for the part they have played in helping the Company grow.

Induction & Mentoring
UGL is also committed to ensuring each employee is inducted into the Company in the appropriate way and with the appropriate level of support. Depending on where you are placed within UGL, you will be inducted according to position, responsibilities and location. Inductions include full safety inductions and inductions onto the site or office location to ensure that you are comfortable and that you settle in as soon as possible.
Inductions are also online through our UGL UConnect page. This is a website dedicated to helping our employees with information on what’s happening in the company, forms, policies or employee opportunities that are available at any one time. The on-line inductions are broken down into our businesses.
At UGL, we have a variety of mentoring arrangements that vary between businesses and industries. All new employees are encouraged to approach their managers upon commencement of employment with UGL to organise a mentoring arrangement.

UGL employees will have access to a range of benefits across hotels, car hire, electrical goods and airline club memberships with other arrangements continually being developed.
